In 2024, India's office market reached a record high in net absorption, driven by strong occupier demand in cities like Bengaluru and Mumbai. Total net absorption was 49.56 million sq ft, with global companies and Global Capability Centres leading leasing activity, accounting for 58.6% of the total.
