Nirashrithara Parihara Kendra residents to have stall at Chitra Santhe, print Constitution Preamble

The Social Welfare Department of the Government of Karnataka in association with #ReclaimConstitution has been training the inmates of NPK in handprinting the Preamble to create awareness about the Constitution and to equip them with livelihood skills.
