Former restaurant manager sues celeb chef David Burke over ‘unbearably toxic work environment’

Michelle Provost, the former general manager at Burke's Red Horse restaurant in Rumson, claimed in the suit she was sexually harassed by a sous chef and one of the eatery's investors.
