Gaza death toll from Israeli aggression rises to 45,717

TEHRAN, Jan. 04 (MNA) – The Israeli occupation forces have killed 45,717 Palestinians, while another 108,856 have been injured since October 7, 2023, the Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on the 456th day of the ongoing Israeli genocide.
