Why won't Herefordshire chiefs bring in lifesaving speed limits?

Other News Sources - 20 miles per hour speed limits in Wales are a success but Herefordshire Council refuses to follow best practice and advice by introducing 20mph speed limits on streets and roads where people live to reduce road deaths and injuries.
