Texas artist honors lives lost in New Orleans

Artist Roberto Marquez has spent years traveling the world to honor lives lost in tragedy with works of art. Now he’s working in New Orleans to memorialize those killed in the Bourbon Street attack. NBC News’ George Solis shares his story.
