Western Carriers India bags Rs 139-cr order from Vedanta

Kolkata-based logistics firm WCIL has secured a Rs 139 crore material handling order from Vedanta Ltd. The order involves import, domestic, and export material handling at Vedanta's Jharsuguda plant for four years. WCIL's sales stood at Rs 1,685 crore as of March 31, 2024, with a net profit of Rs 80.35 crore.
