EV players discuss development of battery charging, swapping infra with Piyush Goyal

Stakeholders from the EV sector, including representatives from Tata, TVS, and Mercedes-Benz India, discussed battery charging and swapping infrastructure with Minister Piyush Goyal. Officials from the Department of Heavy Industries and DPIIT were also present. The government aims to develop charging stations and attract global EV manufacturers, with plans to install 10,763 public charging stations across India.
