New Orleans mayor announces Bourbon Street will reopen before the Sugar Bowl

New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell announced that Bourbon Street would reopen to the public before the Sugar Bowl is set to kickoff. The area was the site of a vehicle attack that left multiple dead and dozens wounded.
