FBI gives timeline of suspect's actions before and during the New Orleans attack

FBI Deputy Assistant Director Christopher Raia gave a timeline of Shamsud-Din Jabbar's actions before the vehicle attack on New Orleans' Bourbon Street. The FBI also detailed phones and laptops they recovered and IEDs that were found or deemed not a threat.
