Blues tv (3 replies)

Would any guru know why i can watch blues tv on my desktop and the mrs laptop, but it wont work on my phone or my laptop. I get the message 'error retrieving playback configuration'

oddly it works on my phone through the blues app browser but i cant get it to go full screen that way.
