Woman injured in overnight fire on Clio Street

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A woman was hurt in an overnight fire on Clio Street early Wednesday morning, according to fire officials.
Crews responded to 30 Clio just before 2:45 a.m. Wednesday, where a fire had broken out in the first-floor kitchen of the home.
The woman was rescued from the home and was transported to South Buffalo Mercy Hospital to be treated.
Damages are estimated at a total of $180,000. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
