QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Granville woman was arrested Tuesday for allegedly falsifying business records at the Adirondack Manor Assisted Living Facility. Emily Duval, 24, faces multiple charges.

In June 2024, the Warren County Sheriff's Office received a report that an employee had been allegedly taking medication from patients and altering records. According to deputies, Duval was reportedly changing patient records to show that the medication was administered to the patients.

On Tuesday, Dec. 31, Duval was arrested on an arrest warrant. She was charged with falsifying business records in the first degree, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree; and Petit Larceny.

Duval was later arraigned in Warren County CAP court and released under probation supervision. She is scheduled to return to Queensbury Town Court on January 6 at 9 a.m.
