Factory activity levels hit a 12-month low in December

HSBC India Manufacturing PMI dropped to 56.4 last month, from 56.5 in November, as sales and output growth stumbled; diminishes hopes of a substantive third quarter rebound from the disappointing 2.2% uptick for the industrial sector in Q2
