Amid divorce debate, Delhi HC says man will have to pay for child support even if wife is earning

Delhi HC ruled that a man cannot avoid alimony for his child even if his wife can provide support. A father will pay maintenance until the child graduates or starts earning. Additionally, the suicide of businessman Puneet Khurana amid claims of marital discord is under investigation. Both families are participating in the probe.
