Bindi Irwin’s Adorable 2024 Recap Video Shows How Much Light Daughter Grace Brings to Her Life

Happiness is made up of a bunch of little moments of joy that add up to a life well lived. For Bindi Irwin and husband Chandler Powell, it seems like most of their cheerful times involve their 3-year-old daughter Grace Warrior. (And if you’ve ever seen a video of this little beauty, then you already know!) The wildlife conservationist just shared the sweetest year-end recap video, and it’s just a small glimpse of how much light the toddler brings to her life.

“2024 ❤️,” Bindi captioned the compilation video on Instagram. It begins with Grace giggling at the camera with her mom, and by the end, you’ll have just as big a smile on your face. Grace swings on a rope tree outside, runs through a human tunnel made up of the zoo crew, and rides on her dad’s shoulders on a hike. She dances with colorful ribbons tied to her wrists in what looks like a preschool dance class and rides on a carousel elephant. For Halloween, she dressed up like the world’s cutest baby giraffe, and later, she got to feed real giraffes at the Australia Zoo.

She also spent plenty of moments playing with her “Bunny,” aka grandma Terri Irwin, and her uncle Robert Irwin, exploring state parks, and going on family walks. She is smiling and happy in every single clip, and you can tell she is the most sparkling presence in their lives.

Powell commented on the cute post, “So many incredible moments that I’ll remember forever. 2025 here we come❤️” “So. Much. Fun,” Terri commented.

Someone else wrote, “What a sweet video ❤️ thanks for sharing these moments from the year, so much love to y’all!” Another said, “Grace is such a lucky child to have such a wonderful upbringing, surrounded by a loving family and exposed to so many wonders in this world … she is so sweet and so happy. Long may it continue. Happy New Year!”

Since Australia is ahead of us, they’ve already had their New Year’s Eve celebrations. Terri shared a sneak peek of how they celebrated, including the special tool Grace used to ring in the New Year. “New Year’s Eve with my favourite people! ????” Terri captioned a selfie taken by Robert and including her, Bindi, Grace, Powell, and family friends Luke Reavley and his husband Mitch.

In the photo, Bindi holds Grace on her hip, who has a tambourine in her hands. What a fun idea for a noise maker, especially if you are looking for something more sustainable than the plastic, throwaway options.

In a previous interview with SheKnows, Irwin told us she has the “best memories” as a kid growing up in Australia Zoo. “It was so incredibly special that [my parents Steve and Terri Irwin] always set aside time to just have fun. I was always running around in the creek or running around with animals or climbing a tree. … I feel very, very blessed that I got that time with my family to run around as a wild child. And it was so much fun! It’s so much fun to have parents that just jump in with you and go.”

And it’s clear Grace is getting to enjoy the same kind of childhood, which just melts our hearts!
