More fog this morning, colder air arrives for New Year

Another Dense Fog Advisory is in effect this Tuesday morning as visibility continues to drop across parts of Acadiana. Fog should begin to dissipate after 8:00 am. The afternoon looks cooler, breezy and sunny. Temperatures will climb into the upper 60s before slowly falling as northerly winds pick up strength.

Much colder air arrives tonight as we ring in the New Year. Overnight lows are expected to fall into the upper 30s to low 40s. Highs tomorrow will only reach about 62° as we stay mostly sunny.
