What New Year's Eve parties are happening in Topeka?

TOPEKA (KSNT) - People won't have to look far to find a place to bring in the new year among friends in the Capital City.

KSNT 27 News checked with local businesses and event venues in Topeka to see where people can find a place to celebrate the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025. Topekans can find both adult-themed events and parties for children locally. Check out the list below to get some ideas to help you party away the last of 2024.

The Beacon

Shelby Irick with The Beacon is inviting people to swing by the event venue in downtown Topeka to celebrate New Year's Eve with a party set to the theme of the "Roaring Twenties." People can expect to find live jazz, cocktails and a dance floor to help set the mood along with a Cajun-style dinner. General admission tickets are $30 per person.

Bonkers

Geared towards children, Bonkers is hosting a 'Noon Years Eve' party to give those under the age of 18 a place to celebrate the arrival of 2025. A ticket purchase will give you arcade points, popcorn and soft drinks, souvenirs and more. Tickets are $20.25 a piece.

Happy Basset Barrel House

This south Topeka brewery is holding a New Year's Eve party with drinks, live music, a bonfire and plenty of food. Ticket options are $60 and $100 depending on what kind of experience you want with the more expensive option giving you access to a dinner buffet and two drink tickets. People going with the $60 option will have access to a photo booth, fire, party favors, live music, a champagne toast and fireworks show.

Stormont Vail Events Center

People looking to celebrate the start of 2025 with a show can head down to the Stormont Vail Events Center for PRCA NYE Xtreme Bulls. Bull riders from around the country will help entertain you and your friends as 2024 comes to a close with tickets starting at $31.

Sk8away

Topekans looking to skate their way into the new year can head over to Sk8away for its New Year's Eve party. Buying a $25 ticket gets you a skate rental, pizza slice, a 16-ounce soda and party favors.

Royal Society

The Royal Society wine bar will have a party on New Year's Eve that is first-come, first serve. People can enhance the experience by spending $35 for charcuterie and champagne for two.

The Woodshed Event Center

People are invited to swing by the Woodshed Event Center in north Topeka to celebrate the new year with a "Lord of the Rings" movie marathon. Guests are encouraged to wear outfits that will help get them in the mood to watch the movies leading up to midnight.
