Ring in the new year with PRCA's Xtreme Bull Riding

TOPEKA (KSNT) - The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) is back in the capital city to host its fifth annual Xtreme Bull Riding New Year's Eve party.

Attendees will be able to watch 40 of the PRCA's best bull riders. Each rider will ride twice, and a winner will be crowned at the end of the event.

KSNT 27 News spoke to Judd Mortensen, professional bull rider hall of famer and promoter for the event. He said that each year just gets better and better.

"If you love animals, and you love sports, get on out here and check out these animal-athletes that we have. It's just a good way to start our year off, you know," Mortensen said. "And all the bull riders really love to come here to the Stormont Vail Events Center. It's just a great."

The event starts at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31 inside Landon Arena at the Stormont Vail Events Center. General admission tickets can be purchased for $31. VIP tickets, which include a meet and greet, can be purchased for $35. Click here to purchase tickets.
