Gem Aromatics, Ajay Poly files DRHP to raise funds via IPO

Gem Aromatics and Ajay Poly have filed DRHPs for IPOs, with Gem Aromatics raising up to Rs 175 crore and Ajay Poly up to Rs 238 crore. Proceeds will be used for debt repayment, capital expenditure, and general purposes.
