I'm not sure I'm understanding you here mate but do you mean we'd pay the remaining money to Udinese the moment we sold him?It wouldn't be 5m a year going forwards if we sold him. The whole lot minus what we've paid and the fee we get would come off PSR right away.
Bought him for 25. Paid 5 sold for 10. Wed lose 10m right away against PSR but save the 5m a year after that

If so I'm not sure that's how it usually works but could be wrong.
