Commerce Ministry seeks anti-dumping duties on PVC paste resin imports from China, 5 other nations

The commerce ministry recommends imposing anti-dumping duties of up to USD 707 per tonne on PVC paste resin imports from China, Korea, Malaysia, Norway, Taiwan, and Thailand to protect domestic producers.
