Moment Brazilian lawmaker is assassinated while talking to family outside his home

Gunmen executed Brazilian councilman Marcos Arajo, 58, and wounded his mother-in-law, Marina Maia, 75, in an attack in the northeastern city of Tabuleiro do Norte on Thursday.
