Bodycam videos show fatal beating of New York inmate by officers

The New York attorney general's office released footage showing correctional officers fatally beating an inmate who was handcuffed on an infirmary bed on December 9. The prisoner, Robert Brooks, 43, died the day after the incident in a hospital.
