Dad of Raiders’ Malcolm Koonce fights to erase conviction DA says was tainted by police

Jeffrey Koonce, now 67, will ask a New York judge on Friday to vacate his conviction for a 1981 robbery at Vernon Stars Rod and Gun Club.
