Russia warns the United States on possible nuclear testing under Donald Trump

Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov warned that Moscow is considering various measures on nuclear testing in response to what he characterized as Donald Trump's extreme stance on the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty during his first term. This follows Trump's administration discussions of resuming U.S. nuclear testing.
