PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Many Portland-area grocery stores have limited hours of operation on Christmas Eve. That isn't stopping last-minute shoppers from making the rounds.

Fred Meyer

At Fred Meyer, stores will close at 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will remain closed on Christmas Day.

Safeway

Safeway stores close at 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve and are closed on Christmas Day.

WinCo

WinCo stores will close at 5:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve. They are closed on Christmas Day.

Trader Joe's

Trader Joe's stores will close at 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve and remain closed on Christmas Day.

Whole Foods

Whole Foods stores will close at 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day.

New Seasons Market

At New Seasons Market, the stores will close at 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will stay closed on Christmas Day.

Other stores open on Christmas Eve include Albertsons (until 6 p.m.), Costco (until 5 p.m.), and Walmart (hours vary by location).
