Delhi elections: Congress releases second list of 26 candidates; Rajesh Lilothia to contest from Seemapuri

Congress released its second list of 26 candidates for the upcoming Delhi assembly polls, fielding ex-MP Sandeep Dikshit against AAP's Arvind Kejriwal from New Delhi. The party aims to balance social representation and has included former AAP members Asim Khan and Devendra Sehrawat.
