ESIC completes IT upgrade to provide seamless services

ESIC completed an IT system upgrade to enhance online services for its stakeholders. The upgrade, costing Rs 312 crore, includes improvements in registration, contribution deposits, and appointment bookings, contributing to 177% growth in online bookings from 2023 to 2024. The Dhanwantari system’s adoption has also increased by 40%.
