Transfer of aid under Ladki Bahin scheme resumes in Maharashtra

The Maharashtra government resumed monthly instalments to beneficiaries of the Ladki Bahin scheme, providing Rs 1,500 to 2.34 crore women after a pause due to electoral code of conduct. Additional financial support and beneficiary scrutiny plans are to be addressed in the next budget.
