#ForeverFranzy Coaches vs. Cancer Bracket Buster Sunday Recap

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Sunday marked the final day of the Coaches vs. Cancer Evan Franz Memorial High School Basketball Bracket Buster - an event in memory of former Tamarac student and Siena men's basketball honorary team member Evan Franz, who passed away in January 2023 after a courageous battle with brain cancer.

Over the last two weekends, nearly 100 teams participated in the event, with all the proceeds going to the American Cancer Society of the Capital Region in honor of Franz. The final day of action included an eight-game slate out at Siena College's UHY Center.
