Waaree Energies board approves investment proposals worth Rs 850 cr

Waaree Energies' board has approved Rs 850 crore in investments for electrolyser and storage cell manufacturing facilities. An additional Rs 130 crore capex is planned for their inverter business. The company also appointed Amit Paithanka as Whole Time Director, effective December 23, 2024.
