Commercial: A Thank You to Breck Homes – ‘Building a winning side’

0

Everyone at AFC Fylde would like to say a huge thank you to Breck Homes for their continued support of the Coasters who are the back of shirt sponsors for the current and next year’s campaign.

Breck is a Lancashire-headquartered property development and investment business and proud supporters of AFC Fylde as back of shirt sponsor for this season and 2025-26.

The company works with housing providers across the North like Jigsaw and Places For People, helping transform communities and neighbourhoods by building homes for affordable rent and shared ownership. It also builds homes for open market sale.

The company was formed in 2020 by Andy Garnett, who lives in Poulton-le-Fylde and has a 20-year career in the development industry. Andy’s vision is to make Breck one of the most respected property brands in the North.

Breck currently has three active sites in Lancashire: in Thornton Cleveleys, Preesall and Cottam in Preston. It also has sites across the North West and is expanding into Yorkshire in 2025.

Andy said: “While Breck will continue to expand across the North over the coming years, our roots remain firmly in Lancashire. It’s where our head office is and where many of our staff live.

“Our work means we help transform places with high-quality affordable homes and create new communities which people are proud to call home. Community spirit is an important part of any neighbourhood and clubs like AFC Fylde are vital to that.

“We have several staff who live in the Fylde area and we know how important the club is to people. Partnering with AFC Fylde means we can invest in the club’s future while gaining national recognition for Breck on the club’s shirts as they travel the country.”
