Concord Enviro Systems' IPO, aimed to raise Rs 500 crore, was fully subscribed by December 23. The issue consists of a fresh equity sale of Rs 175 crore and an offer for sale of 46.4 lakh shares. Retail subscriptions were 2.87 times oversubscribed, while institutional bids were lower.
