Restaurant offering frozen custard, burgers opens in Grove City
GROVE CITY, Ohio (WCMH) - A fast-casual eatery known for its variety of frozen custard and cooked-to-order steakburgers is open to customers in Grove City.
Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers opened Tuesday at 4264 Buckeye Parkway. The 2,477-square-foot restaurant has seating for more than 70 guests, along with additional areas for customers on the patio, and it offers drive-thru service.
The chain opened in 2002 in Wichita, Kansas, and has expanded with more than 500 eateries across 36 states. The Grove City location now joins 21 in Ohio.
Offering steakburgers made with lean 100% ground beef, the eatery also has all-beef hot dog, crispy shoestring fries and freshly churned chocolate or vanilla frozen custard on the menu. The restaurant's burgers are usually made with Freddy's "famous seasoning," along with cheese, mustard, onion slices and pickles.
Freddy's in Grove City is open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
