Ex-Odisha MLA Bijaya Mohanty no more

Bijaya Kumar Mohanty, a former Odisha MLA, passed away. He was 60. Mohanty represented Bhubaneswar Central constituency twice. He served as a BJD MLA. He was admitted to Capital Hospital after falling unconscious. Doctors declared him dead. Tributes poured in from leaders. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik expressed condolences.
