Trump and Republicans threaten Liz Cheney with criminal prosecution as Georgia election interference case crumbles

Two days before the Georgia Court of Appeals removed prosecutor Fani Willis from the election interference case, Trump-supporting Georgia Rep. Barry Loudermilk released an “interim report” on the events of January 6, 2021, that recommended criminal prosecution of Liz Cheney.
