Crazed driver smacks, then robs NYC traffic enforcement agent in broad-daylight attack: cops

The 56-year-old uniformed agent was working on 63rd Drive near Queens Boulevard around 4:20 p.m. Wednesday when Mark Garrido, 29, confronted him for ticketing his white SUV, authorities said.
