All About Tom Cruise’s Agent Maha Dakhil as Their ‘Cozy’ Night Out Fuels Romance Rumors

Tom Cruise’s love life is in the spotlight again and fans are wondering if a night out in London was a romantic one. The 62-year-old actor ended his relationship with Russian socialite Elsina Khayrova in March, so this possible new romance is an interesting twist at the end of the year. 

Cruise might be mixing business with pleasure after he and his agent, Maha Dakhil, “were spotted getting very touchy-feely with one another and looked extremely cozy” at celebrity hotspot, GAIA London on Wednesday, Dec. 18, according to the Daily Mail. From a quick glance at the photos obtained by the media outlet, their body language was friendly. Cruise smiled at her while touching her arm and Dakhil looked quite comfortable in the Top Gun star’s presence. He was also very chivalrous with her, guiding her to the car as a swarm of paparazzi enveloped them. 

Who is Maha Dakhil?

This night on the town isn’t the first time they’ve been seen together in recent months. In September, the duo enjoyed a helicopter ride and then strolled with their arms around each other after they exited the aircraft. Neither Cruise nor Dakhil have confirmed a possible romance, but the CAA agent made waves last November for her polarizing (and now deleted) social media posts that sided with the pro-Palestine movement after the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas terror attacks.

It was quite the mess in Hollywood circles. The Ankler reported that Dakhil “tried to organize a meeting with some of her Jewish colleagues to further explain and apologize,” but a source revealed that the apology “didn’t go so well.” She also issued a statement to Variety to lessen the damage to her colleagues and clients.

“I made a mistake with a repost in my Instagram Story, which used hurtful language,” she said in her 2023 statement. “Like so many of us, I have been reeling with heartbreak. I pride myself on being on the side of humanity and peace. I’m so grateful to Jewish friends and colleagues who pointed out the implications and further educated me. I immediately took the repost down. I’m sorry for the pain I have caused.”

Dakhil, who has been at one of Hollywood’s most high-powered agencies for 19 years, was forced to step down from her role as co-head of the motion picture department and resign from CAA’s board. Plenty of her A-list roster, including Natalie Portman, Mindy Kaling, the Obamas’ Higher Ground production company, and Madonna, stuck by her side through the scandal. And it looks like Cruise is doubling down on his support whether it’s a romantic or platonic situation. 

Cruise isn’t a stranger to controversy with his ties to the Church of Scientology, so Dakhil’s missteps wouldn’t likely bother him. Hollywood might have a new power couple on its hands!
