Candidate for Israel's top court lives in house illegally built on private Palestinian land

The home of Dr. Aviad Bakshi, a drafter of Israel's proposed judicial overhaul legislation, is in a section of the West Bank settlement of Ofra that a 2004 report states is entirely on privately owned land
