No escalation if Azerbaijan has no intentions to attack

TEHRAN, Dec. 20 (MNA) – If Azerbaijan doesn’t have intentions to attack Armenia the likelihood of escalation in the region is zero, according to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in response to Azeri President Ilham Aliyev's recent remarks.
