Feds say they have 'sufficient facts' to fend off Dr. Weiner's motion to dismiss case

The government's Dec. 6 response said it successfully alleged Dr. Thomas Weiner, the former chief oncologist for St. Peter’s Health, “operated outside his specialty.”
