Former Toledo mayor, state representative among DeWine appointees

COLUMBUS — Former Toledo Mayor Mike Bell has been reappointed by Gov. Mike DeWine to the Ohio Collaborative Community-Police Advisory Board that develops standards for law enforcement departments.
