Top cop threatens to cancel NYE fireworks if rail strikes continue

NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb has threatened to recommend cancelling Sydney's iconic New Year's Eve fireworks display if ongoing rail action means police cannot guarantee the safety of crowds.
