Philadelphia residents react as City Council approves 76ers arena plan

The Philadelphia City Council voted to approve a $1.3 billion plan to bring a brand new arena for the 76ers to the city’s Markey East community. While some are celebrating, many others are concerned about the future of the area. WCAU’s Leah Uko reports.
