Love Island feud explodes as Ciaran takes cryptic new swipe at ex Nicole Samuel just weeks after split
ONE former Love Island power couple’s feud has exploded after a cryptic swipe was taken by Ciaran Davis after his split from Nicole Samuel.
The pair, who found love on the hit ITV2 dating show, split up four months after appearing on Love Island, and now their public spat has taken an interesting turn.
The couple sparked rumours their romance was on the rocks after they each dropped hints online.
And now the online hint-dropping has continued as fans unpick their bitter split.
In a Love Island-dedicated Reddit forum, one person shared a TikTok video and penned: “Sam Taylor has reposted this messy TikTok about Ciaran and Nicole’s breakup.”
Reacting to the video, one person wrote: “He wasn’t in the relationship so what right does he have to be reposting this s**t? He’s probably only heard whatever Ciaran decided to tell him so this is kinda embarrassing & weird.”
Another person then speculated: “There’s more to this story.”
While a third said: “Sam Taylor has also unfollowed Nicole…..and Ciaran is Sam’s best friend from the villa. What did Nicole do?”
And a fourth sparked even more speculation when they said: “Ciaran’s recent TikTok reposts are interesting maybe. Maybe something maybe not,” with an accompanying screenshot.
The screenshot was of a post that Ciaran had reposted to his TikTok account, which read: “The truth always comes out in the end, no matter how hard anyone tries to hide it or stop it.
“Lies are just a temporary delay to the inevitable.”
CRYPTIC REPOSTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA
The commenter then shared another screenshot of a post on TikTok that Ciaran had reposted.
“When IK [I know] they lying I just gotta see how stupid they think I am first,” read the other post.
This comes just weeks after we revealed that Ciaran and Nicole had parted ways “on amicable terms” four months after leaving the villa.
‘MUTUAL DECISION TO PART WAYS’
A representative for the pair told us: “Over the last couple of days Nicole and Ciaran have made the mutual decision to part ways.
“They have left the relationship on amicable terms, and will remain good friends going forward.”

The 11th series of popular ITV2 dating show Love Island created plenty of new couples - but not all of them have managed to go the distance.

- Grace and Reuben – Split: Grace and Reuben were eliminated just before the final. They mutually decided to call time on their relationship after struggling to make it work in the real world thanks to their conflicting, busy schedules.
- Jess W and Hugo – Split: The couple – who got together during the Casa Amor stage – split just days after leaving the villa. Meanwhile, Hugo was seen snogging former Love Island contestant Charlotte Sumner.

Nicole, 24, even made the swift decision to unfollow Ciaran, 21, on social media, which came days after she deleted most of her pictures with him.
When the pair left the Love Island villa in the summer, things looked rather promising.
Moving in together as soon as the show ended, Nicole even gushed about her beau in an interview, saying: “If I didn’t think we were going to get married and have babies one day, we wouldn’t be together, so I’d say that’s definitely on the cards in the future. Ci would be an amazing dad.”
Ciaran also spoke about his future with Nicole when he told Heat: “I think the important thing is communication.
“You need to be with someone who understands you and who you can talk to about anything.
“Also, always try to have fun, even when doing the boring stuff. And support each other, be happy for each other.”
