UN General Assembly to refer humanitarian disaster in Gaza to ICJ

NEW YORK, New York - The United Nations General Assembly has overwhelmingly voted to ask the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for an opinion on Israel's obligations to facilitate aid to Palestinians that is being provided for the people of Gaza by international aid organizations, member states and the UN.
