Kosachev appointed coordinator of CIS IPA observation group at Belarus presidential election 

Vice Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Konstantin Kosachev has been appointed coordinator of the observation group from the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly (IPA) at the presidential election in Belarus.
