Palestine, Lebanon panel at D-8 summit to be held in Egypt

TEHRAN, Dec. 19 (MNA) – The Egyptian foreign minister has said a special meeting will be held on Palestine and Lebanon on the sidelines of D-8 summit in Cairo.
