Italy's FILA raises $95 million from sale of shares in Indian unit DOMS
Italian stationery company FILA has sold a 4.57% stake in its Indian subsidiary DOMS, generating €90.9 million ($94.6 million). The sale of 2.7 million shares at ₹2,879.29 each, representing a premium over their book value, reduces FILA's ownership in DOMS to 26.01%. The proceeds will be used to improve FILA's capital structure and support its strategic objectives.
